Caravans, RVs, marine and off-grid systems requiring inverter power and AC transfer capability.
Sensitive electronics and appliances within the continuous and peak rating.
Installations where AC wiring is completed by a licensed electrician.
Use only a suitable 24V DC battery system.
Battery capacity guidance: High-capacity 24V battery system required for 3000W loads.
Ensure the battery is fully charged and in good condition before operating high loads.
High-power appliances draw very high DC current. Undersized batteries, cables or fuses can cause voltage drop, shutdown or battery damage.
Runtime guidance: Runtime depends on load and battery capacity.
Install the unit in a dry, cool and well-ventilated location.
Keep ventilation openings clear and do not mount the unit where heat can build up.
Install the correct fuse or circuit breaker as close as practical to the battery positive terminal.
Use the cable size and installation method specified in the instruction manual.
Check polarity carefully before connecting the DC cables.
All 240V AC wiring must be completed by a licensed electrician.
Make sure all connected appliances are switched off before turning the inverter on.
Turn the inverter on and allow it to start normally.
Connect or switch on appliances one at a time.
Do not exceed the continuous output rating or peak surge capability.
If a fault occurs, switch the unit off, remove the load, correct the cause and restart the unit.
If ECO mode is enabled, the inverter may remain in standby until a sufficient load is detected.
Confirm the battery voltage is within the specified DC input range.
Check the DC input fuse, battery isolation and cable connections.
Confirm the remote switch and main power switch are in the correct position.
Check whether the inverter is in ECO mode and waiting for a sufficient load to wake.
Confirm AC input wiring has been installed correctly by a licensed electrician.
Check that the AC input is within the required voltage and frequency range.
Confirm the connected load does not exceed the inverter or AC transfer capacity.
Inspect the RCD and AC protection devices if fitted.
Common causes include low battery voltage, overvoltage, overload, short circuit or over-temperature.
Remove the load, correct the cause, allow the unit to cool if required, then restart.
Read the instruction manual before installation or use.
Use the inverter in a dry, cool and well-ventilated location protected from rain, water, dust and excessive heat.
Do not install the inverter in the same compartment as batteries or flammable materials.
Always use correctly sized DC cables, fuses and secure connections.
Do not connect the AC output to fixed building wiring, mains wiring, or another inverter output unless the manual specifically allows the installation and it is completed by a licensed electrician.
High AC voltage is present during operation. Do not open or service the unit unless qualified.
Reverse polarity connection can damage the inverter and may not be covered under warranty.
All 240V AC wiring must be completed by a licensed electrician and must comply with applicable electrical standards.
The Projecta IP3000-24V2 is listed with a 5 years warranty under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, reverse polarity, misuse, modification, overload, water ingress, physical damage or failure to follow the product instructions.
If the issue continues after completing the troubleshooting steps, stop using the inverter and contact Projecta support.
