The Projecta Intelli-Grid 48V system is a fully integrated 4000W power management solution designed for advanced energy control in RVs and mobile setups.


It combines:

  • Inverter/charger functionality

  • DC-DC (vehicle) charging
  • Battery monitoring
  • Load and lighting control
  • Bluetooth connectivity
  • Support for TPMS, levelling, water, and gas monitoring

What is included in the Intelli-Grid 48V system?


The system includes:

  • INVCHR4-48V inverter/charger
  • IGCMD18 master control module
  • LB105-48HDC 48V lithium battery
  • 7-inch or 10-inch Bluetooth display
  • Cables and wiring
  • Optional sensors (levelling, TPMS, gas, water, wireless switches)


What does the system do?


The Intelli-Grid system manages:

  • 240V AC power
  • 12V DC loads
  • Solar and alternator charging
  • Battery monitoring
  • Lighting and load control
  • Water tank monitoring


Can the system be controlled from a phone?


Yes. The system supports Bluetooth connectivity via the display, allowing monitoring and control through a mobile app when paired. (App Name: Intelli-grid Projecta 48V )


What battery does the system use?


Recommended battery:

  • LB105-48HDC
  • 51.2V, 105Ah lithium battery
  • Approx. 5.37kWh capacity


How many water tanks can be monitored?


Up to four water tanks can be connected and monitored.


Can the system charge via solar when turned off?


Yes. The Solar Automatic Wake-Up feature allows solar charging when the system is off, provided:

  • The feature is enabled
  • Sufficient sunlight is available


What is ECO mode?


ECO mode:

  • Reduces system output when battery charge drops below a set level
  • Restores normal operation when charge increases or AC input is available


What is Night mode?


Night mode:

  • Reduces display brightness
  • Lowers inverter/charger noise and charging current


What does the PWR button do?


The PWR button:

  • Turns ON/OFF all AC and DC outputs
  • Does not affect constant-live outputs on the master module


Do lighting settings reset after power off?


No. Lighting settings are memory-retentive and restore when the system is turned back on.


Troubleshooting Guide

System does not turn on


Possible causes:

  • Incorrect battery connection
  • Reversed remote battery switch polarity
  • Battery installed too far from system

Solution:

  • Check battery wiring and polarity
  • Verify CAN/comms connections
  • Confirm remote battery switch wiring


No solar charging


Check Solar LED:

  • Off → No solar input
  • Slow flashing → Solar detected, MPPT not operating
  • On → MPPT charging active

Solution:

  • Inspect PV wiring and polarity
  • Verify solar input range
  • Check panel connections


AC charging or bypass not working


Check AC IN LED:

  • Off → No AC input
  • Slow flashing → AC detected, no charging
  • Fast flashing → AC charging active
  • On → Bypass mode active

Solution:

  • Confirm mains/generator input
  • Check AC wiring (must be installed by qualified electrician)


Vehicle (DC-DC) charging not working


Check DCDC indicator:

  • Off → No alternator input
  • Slow flashing → Input detected, not charging
  • Fast flashing → Charging/load support active
  • On → Alternator charging battery

Solution:

  • Verify alternator wiring
  • Check fuses and connections


Load channel shows red dot


Cause:

  • Overcurrent or short circuit

Solution:

  • Turn off load
  • Inspect wiring and appliance
  • Fix fault before restarting


Alarm icon is red


Cause:

  • Active system fault

Solution:

  • Open alarm page
  • Identify and resolve issue
  • Confirm icon returns to normal


Battery discharges too quickly


Possible causes:

  • High load demand
  • ECO mode settings
  • Loads bypassing protection

Solution:

  • Review load usage
  • Adjust ECO settings
  • Check system wiring logic


Bluetooth app not connecting

Solution: (App Name: Intelli-grid Projecta 48V)

  • Check Bluetooth settings on display
  • Confirm pairing name and password
  • Ensure Bluetooth icon is visible on screen


TPMS or levelling sensors offline

Solution:

  • Check sensor connections to Sensor interface
  • Ensure proper power supply
  • For levelling calibration:
  • Vehicle must be level
  • Then press Calibrate


Gas sensors not pairing

Solution:

  • Use compatible Bluetooth gas sensors
  • Enable gas feature in system
  • Start pairing from display
  • Press and hold SYNC on each sensor
