Error Codes

Error 1 — Over Temperature Fault 1

Recovery mode:

Wait for the charger to cool and ensure the operating temperature is normal.


Error 2 — Over Temperature Fault 2

Recovery mode:

Wait for the charger to cool and ensure the operating temperature is normal.


Error 3 — Over Current Fault 1

Recovery mode:

Stop charging and wait for 30 seconds, or unplug the charger connector.


Error 4 — Over Current Fault 2

Recovery mode:

Turn off the charger at the circuit breaker, wait 10 seconds and turn it back on.


Error 5 — Earth Leakage Fault

Recovery mode:

Make sure there is no earth leakage from the charger output cord.

Check the output cable and connector for damage.


Error 6 — RCD Self-Checking Fault

Recovery mode:

Make sure there is no earth leakage from the charger output cord.

Check the output cable and connector for damage.


Error 7 — Under Voltage Fault

Recovery mode:

Confirm the charger input voltage is above 180V.


Error 8 — Over Voltage Fault

Recovery mode:

Confirm the charger input voltage is below 265V.


Error 9 — Relay Breaking Fault

Recovery mode:

Error 10 — Relay Making Fault

Error 13 — Ground Fault

Recovery mode:

Confirm the charger ground conductor is not broken and is correctly earthed.


Error 14 — CP Voltage Fault

Recovery mode:

Make sure the CP cable is not broken or shorted to ground.

Check for damage on the output cable and connector to the vehicle.


Error 15 — CP Diode Fault

Recovery mode:

Make sure the CP cable is normal, or check the vehicle.

Check for damage on the output cable and connector to the vehicle.


Error 16 — Voltage Connection Fault

Recovery mode:

Make sure the cable to the charger is not damaged.

Ask a licensed electrician to check the connections.


Error 17 — Voltage Phase Fault

Recovery mode:

Make sure the cable to the charger is not damaged.

Ask a licensed electrician to check the connections.


Error 22 — AC Sample Fault

Recovery mode:

Check the cable and connector that connects to the vehicle for damage.
